My name is ***** and I am 26 years old. I am currently working as a Nanny/PA for a HNW family in Chelsea. I am a friendly, hard working person with an approachable manner who can learn things quickly and is able to work individually and as part of a team. I pay great attention to detail and enjoy to learn new skills. As an organised and creative individual, I thrive in working within a dynamic and fast paced working environment. My main passion has always been working with children. My educational background working as a Primary School Teacher in Reception for 5 years has allowed me to provide unique and inclusive learning experiences for all of the children I have worked with. I have also gained experience working with SEND pupils including creating individual support plans to support their needs. My motivation to teach derives from the opportunity to support, inspire and challenge pupils through setting high standards and creating a safe learning environment rooted in mutual respect. My ethos for the classroom strongly encourages children to express their ideas and suggestions to take control over their learning and celebrate mistakes. I endeavour to create an atmosphere which encourages children to ask questions and enjoy their learning. I have a firm belief in creating a stimulating learning environment using both indoor and outdoor areas.
